Michael graduated with an LL.B (HONS) degree at Manchester University in 1976 and qualified as a solicitor in 1981 before moving to Stockport to work at Abson Hall Solicitors where he became a partner in 1987.
Subsequently Michael left to set up a practice with Gerard O’Neilll in 1988, forming O’Neilll Morgan Solicitors and has been the Managing Director since 1999.

Victoria is the Head of the Private Client Department and joined O’Neilll Morgan Solicitors in 2016. Having qualified as a solicitor in 2009 she has specialised throughout her career in private client work covering Wills, Probate, Trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection work and general elderly client matters.
Victoria has a caring and sensitive approach to her work whilst providing tailored advice to clients enabling them to make informed decisions. With her wealth of practical and legal experience she can guide and reassure her clients through complex legal situations at a difficult time whilst promptly progressing matters and keeping her clients fully informed.

Amelia joined O’Neilll Morgan in September 2011 and has been specialising in a wide variety of personal injury claims ever since. Amelia is currently studying part time with Cilex to qualify as a Chartered Legal Executive. She has completed the Level 3 Professional Diploma in Law and Practice and is now studying to complete Level 6. In her spare time, she enjoys Art.

Kirsty graduated from Huddersfield University in 2006 with a LL.B (HONS) law degree, following which she successfully completed her Legal Practice Course at Manchester Metropolitan University. She then went on to work at Keoghs Solicitors working for insurance companies including Aviva and LV in various departments including Motor Claims, Counter Fraud and Credit hire.
Before joining O’Neilll Morgan Solicitors in August 2017, Kirsty took a break from Law and was Headteacher of a local Preparatory School. Kirsty enjoyed teaching the primary curriculum to children aged 3-7 years, in addition to the day to day running of the school. Kirsty commenced her training contract at O’Neilll Morgan Solicitors in January 2018 and is currently undertaking seats in the Personal Injury, Clinical Negligence and Family departments. Kirsty has an enthusiastic and positive approach to her work and is always willing to help. In her spare time, Kirsty enjoys spending time with her children, reading and watching football.
