Michael graduated with an LL.B (HONS) degree at Manchester University in 1976 and qualified as a solicitor in 1981 before moving to Stockport to work at Abson Hall Solicitors where he became a partner in 1987.
Subsequently Michael left to set up a practice with Gerard O’Neill in 1988, forming O’Neill Morgan Solicitors and has been the Managing Director since 1999.
